Use a half smile
* Put a pencil/pen in your mouth horizontally and hold it there. This will activate the same mirror neurons that activate when you smile, giving your mood a happy boost.
* Pull up a video of people laughing. This will also activate your mirror neurons. Laughter is contagious!
