Executive Wellness Plan
The Executive Wellness Plan is an exclusive service available to a very limited number of individuals. Executive Wellness allows me to work deeply with each person, providing the next level of care, increased accessibility, and numerous perks that a traditional psychotherapy model is unable to provide.
Use your monthly hours in any way you want. This plan allows you to receive therapy and biofeedback services in any combination, frequency, or length of sessions that you desire. Many of my clients find their needs change from week to week. Sometimes they prefer traditional hour-long talk therapy sessions. Sometimes they would rather have 90-minutes of therapy and biofeedback earlier in the week and a couple of 15-minute check-ins. You get to decide what you need and when. For those with unpredictable schedules, you can also take advantage of extended hours and the comfort of knowing you can reschedule your sessions without hassle.
How would you like the ability to meet at a location of your choice? For my Executive clients, I come to you. For all 1-hour+ appointments, we can meet at your home, office, or other convenient and comfortable location. If you travel frequently, we can do sessions via phone or video conference.

My Executive clients never have to worry about being cut off by a 45-minute hour. For you, each "hour" is a full 60-minute hour.

Zero hassle scheduling policy: You can reschedule your appointment within 4 hours of the start time. Virtually no more late cancel penalties!
Extended Hours: Appointments are available from 7:00am to 9:00pm Monday through Thursday and 7:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays at the location of your choice or online

Membership into the Executive Wellness plan is limited due to the additional time required to provide this premium level of service. Membership is allotted on a first come, first served basis on a case by case basis. If space is unavailable when requested, interested clients may be added to a wait list. Changes in level of plan and fees must be selected and prepaid by the 1st of the month. Months follow the calendar year. Hours begin on 1st of the month and must be used by the last day of the month. Insurance plans may not reimburse for prepaid, executive level services.
